Welcome to our Policy Page.Payment and Distribution As our products are personalized, they cannot be returned and payment in full is required upon placement of an order. Acceptable forms of payment include cash or check. If choice of payment is checks, then the production of the product will be delayed until the check clears the bank. If an order requires digitizing, the fee will be incurred by the customer and is payable upon your approval of a sew out sample. Amendments or additions to the original submitted design will be made at customer's expense. Threads and things will archive the design at no additional charge. Returns Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to issue a refund unless an item is defective. We require notification of defective products within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping Shipping fees are based on the actual shipping cost. Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground, and the transit time ranges from one to five business days.
