Q. What is the minimum order I have to place?
A. Our minimum order is one (1). However, we generally place an order for apparel when we have three or more items to order from the same company. This cuts down on the shipping charge per item.

Q. Will you embroider on my clothes?
A. Yes we can. However, we cannot be responsible for any mishaps or accidents with the embroidery machines. We will not repair or replace any article of clothing that is damaged by the machinery unless the clothing was purchased from Threads and Things. Sorry.

Q. Can you embroider my company logo or special design?
A. Yes we can. Simply provide us with a good clean copy of the artwork or logo and we can digitize it (convert it to stitches) and sew it on your apparel or goods. Additional fees may be charged for digitizing.

Q. How long will it take to complete the job?
A. Our standard turn around is two weeks. That allows us time to order the clothing, digitize any designs needed, and to sew it out. Rush orders can be done but there will be an additional fee.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We work out of our home. Here is a map. Please call to make sure we are in the office before driving out.

Q. What kind of picture do I need for laser engraved photo plaque?
A. For the best results we need a picture of 300 dpi or better.

Q. What kind of pictures do you need for digital imaging?
A. We can use just about any format (i.e. .gif, .jpg, .png, .cdr, .eps)you have. For the best results the clip art needs to be 300 dpi or better.
